About International Health/ Global Health Sciences

- Global Health Sciences is the name given to International Health under the Global 30 project (Courses in English) (a MEXT-funded project to promote establishment of more courses that are taught in English, through which students without competence in Japanese language are able to obtain their degrees) 1) that started in 2009. One single entrance exam will be held for Global Health Sciences/ International Health, and all applicants will be evaluated using the same standards. In International Health/ Global Health Sciences, the entrance exam, lectures, and thesis tutoring will be given in English, and non-Japanese speakers will write and present the thesis in English.
The Application leaflets for Global Health Sciences are available in English for non-Japanese speakers (the content is identical to that in the Admissions Guide written in Japanese except for the instructions concerning the payment of the Exam fee [6.
